Turbo Mixer

The Turbo Mixer is the production section where the gelatinized product taken into the service tank is aerated, and color and aroma (essence) additives are added. This process lightens the product's structure, increases its volume, and imparts the desired color and aroma characteristics.

The system ensures homogeneous aeration of the product during the marshmallow production process, helping to achieve a softer and more stable structure. The turbo mixer unit is one of the important stages that enhance product quality on the production line.

Thanks to its stainless steel construction, it offers hygienic and durable use in accordance with food production standards and can be easily integrated into the production line.

Extruder Group

The Extruder Group is the section that transfers the prepared marshmallow mixture onto the belt on the production line. At this stage, the product can be transferred onto the belt in flat, screw-shaped, or different forms thanks to the screw system.

The system allows the product to be shaped in the desired form and prepares it for the subsequent cutting, cooling, and packaging stages of the production line. The precise control system ensures stable management of product shape and flow.

Designed for industrial production, the extruder system provides high efficiency and continuous production capacity.
