Pre Mixer

The Pre Mixer is an industrial preparation unit designed for the marshmallow production line to mix raw materials such as glucose, water, and powdered sugar in specific ratios and prepare them for production.

The system uses a precise weighing system on the tank to take the required raw materials in the desired amounts and ensures a homogeneous mixture. During the mixing process, the product is brought to the specified temperature value and maintained at a suitable temperature for the production process.

With the mixer motor and transfer pump, the prepared mixture is transferred in a controlled manner to other parts of the production line. This ensures continuous and stable raw material flow during the marshmallow production process.

The stainless steel body structure provides hygienic and durable use in accordance with food production standards.
