To benefit from all the publishing, communication, and service units of makinecim.com, you must be a registered member of the platform. In order to become a member of makinecim.com, the following conditions must be fully met.
- This Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the AGREEMENT) is concluded between makinecim.com and all individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the USER or USERS) who publish advertisements or information on the website during the registration process.
- To become a member of makinecim.com, the membership form must be fully completed. The USER unconditionally guarantees the accuracy of the information provided in this form.
- USERS, by applying for membership, declare that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this AGREEMENT.
- As this membership is established in a digital environment, the completion of the registration form by the user and its acceptance by makinecim.com constitutes the formation of the AGREEMENT.
- makinecim.com reserves the right to unilaterally amend or modify the AGREEMENT.
- Unless otherwise stated, fees for paid services on makinecim.com will be calculated and collected in USD, Euro, or Turkish Lira.
- makinecim.com may not be used for political or malicious attacks.
- No content targeting personal identities in violation of the law or public morality may be published. If legal authorities request user information due to illegal activity, USER information will be provided accordingly.
- makinecim.com respects the personal and privacy rights of all USERS. Except for legal requirements and clause 8, it will not share personal data with any institution or organization.
- makinecim.com reserves the right to terminate any user membership without stating any reason.
- Membership data of users whose memberships are terminated may be stored by makinecim.com.
- makinecim.com is not responsible for the misuse of membership data as a result of database breaches.
- The purpose of makinecim.com is to provide a platform where anyone can post ads. makinecim.com cannot be held responsible for any actions or agreements between USERS.
- No infringement of trademark or brand rights is allowed. Any use leading to unfair competition is prohibited.
- Copyright and intellectual property rights must be respected. All responsibility lies with the user. makinecim.com cannot be held liable in this regard.
- USERS agree not to hold makinecim.com or its owners, employees, or representatives responsible for any disputes or damages resulting from transactions on the platform.
- makinecim.com has the right to permanently or temporarily ban USERS who engage in fraudulent, misleading, political, or religious content without prior warning.
- makinecim.com cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure service due to factors beyond its control such as power outages, hardware failures, infrastructure issues, or natural disasters.
- makinecim.com and the USER are entirely independent parties. There is no partnership or employer-employee relationship between them.
- You may only post one advertisement per product or service. Duplicate ads will be deleted, and repeated violations will result in termination of membership.
- By accepting this agreement, you also agree to receive notifications, announcements, and updates via email/SMS/notifications from makinecim.com.
These 21 membership terms are binding for both parties. In the event of a legal dispute arising from or related to the implementation or interpretation of this Membership Agreement or the Terms of Use, Turkish Law shall apply (excluding conflict of law rules). Konya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
