In this section, gelatine preparation, mixing, and homogeneous blending with the product are carried out. The system provides controlled mixing and temperature management to ensure the product attains the desired consistency and structural properties.

The cooling tank used in the production process features both heating and cooling capabilities. This allows temperature control required during production stages, ensuring a stable and high-quality production process.
