Jelly – Jelly Bean Production Line

The Jelly – Jelly Bean Production Line is an integrated production system where the mixture prepared in the candy cooking section undergoes molding, cooling, and coating stages to become ready for packaging.

In this production line, the product prepared in the sugar cooking section is transferred to molds using a jelly depositor system. The product pressed into the molds is then sent to a controlled cooling tunnel to achieve the desired shape and structural properties.

After the cooling process is completed, the products move along the production line and undergo granule or sugar coating processes. At this stage, the outer surface of the products is coated with the desired granule coating, preparing the products for the packaging process.

This system, based on automatic production principles, allows high-capacity continuous production. Its stainless steel body structure provides hygienic, safe, and long-lasting use in accordance with food production standards.
