The Marshmallow Band Group is the production section where the prepared marshmallow mixture is transported along the production line, shaped, and advanced to the packaging stage.

Before transferring the prepared product onto the belt at this stage, starch is sprinkled onto the belt surface. Then the marshmallow mixture is transferred onto the belt, and starch is applied again to prevent the product from sticking and to maintain its form.

The products moving on the belt are prepared for cutting operations according to the desired dimensions. Before cutting, starch is applied again to prevent the products from sticking to each other and to ensure clean cutting.

After the cutting process is completed, the products pass through a horizontal sieve system to separate excess starch. This process cleans the products and prepares them for the packaging process.

The belt system, designed for industrial production, provides stable and efficient operation during continuous and high-capacity production processes. Thanks to its stainless steel body structure, it offers hygienic and durable use in accordance with food production standards.
