Cooking Group

The Cooking Group is an industrial cooking system designed for the controlled cooking, processing, and preparation of the mixture for the marshmallow production process, making it ready for the production line.

The system consists of two different kettle structures. The upper kettle has the feature to cook the product either under vacuum or without vacuum. This structure allows the cooking process to be precisely controlled and ensures a homogeneous consistency.

The lower kettle is used to maintain and rest the cooked product at a certain temperature. This ensures the product is kept at the ideal temperature and consistency before being transferred to the next stage of the production line.

Thanks to the mixer motor and transfer pump, the cooked mixture is transferred regularly and continuously to other equipment of the production line. The stainless steel body structure provides hygienic and long-lasting use in accordance with food production standards.
