Candy Cooking Group

The Candy Cooking Group is the fundamental production section where hard candy, caramel, and soft candy products are cooked and prepared for production. This system enables the processing of raw materials used in candy production under controlled temperature and mixing conditions.

During the production process, sugar, glucose, and other components are mixed in special kettles and cooked at specific temperature values. This process allows the mixture to reach the desired consistency and be ready to transfer to the next stages of the candy production line.

Thanks to the mixer motors and transfer pumps within the system, the mixture is prepared homogeneously and continuously transferred to the production line. The heating system precisely controls the cooking process of the product.

With its stainless steel body structure and hygienic design, it ensures safe and long-lasting use in compliance with food production standards.
