TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

• It is entirely made of AISI304L quality stainless steel sheet.

• Drum diameter Ø640mm

• Drum length 1250mm

• Total height 1650mm / +-50mm with height adjustable shoes

• Acceptance height is 1150mm, pouring height is 700mm.

• Drum plate material thickness 2mm

• Drum hole diameter Ø3mm

• Removable goods receiving, unloading and collecting bunkers at the bottom, material thickness 1.5mm

• Fixed drum tilt is 2°.

• Chassis consists of 40x60mm and 40x40mm 3mm box profiles.

• Material thickness of helical guide plate 3mm

• Drum wheel diameters are Ø200mm. The wheels are rubber coated. Wheel housings are made of 5mm sheet metal and flanges.

• There is chain / gear power transmission with 1.1KW/1500d/d Three-phase Electric motor and 40d/d reducer.

• The electrical panel is mounted on the chassis. It is a manual/simple model with start/stop, emergency stop, and speed controller if requested.
