Continuous sugar dissolving systems manufactured by Ceytaş Metal Makina are designed for the controlled dissolving of crystal sugar with water to produce homogeneous sugar syrup for beverage, fruit juice, carbonated drink, confectionery, food and process industries.

The system enables crystal sugar and water to be continuously fed into the process, dissolved under controlled temperature conditions and converted into sugar syrup at the required Brix value. Compared to conventional batch-type sugar dissolving tanks, it provides a more compact, controlled and efficient process solution.

The sugar dissolving system can combine sugar feeding, water dosing, mixing, heating, dissolving, filtration, cooling and transfer steps on a single skid or as an inline process system according to project requirements. The system can be designed for manual, semi-automatic or fully PLC-controlled operation.
