Homogenizer mixers are designed to efficiently mix, wet, disperse and homogenize various liquid and solid raw materials by means of specially designed mixing blades. Depending on the product formulation and process requirements, the equipment can be designed with a jacket, internal coil, heating system or cooling system.

One of the main components of homogenizer systems is the high-speed turbine type mixer. When required, low-speed bottom and side wall scrapers can also be integrated into the system. Scraper blades ensure that the product adhering to the inner surface of the tank is directed back into the mixing zone. This helps reduce product loss, improves mixing efficiency and supports effective heat transfer from the tank surface.

The special scraper design also contributes to fast tank discharge with minimum residue. Thanks to the shear force generated by the high-speed turbine disc, the product is efficiently mixed, dispersed and transformed into a homogeneous structure.

Dissolvers and homogenizer equipment can be manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316 grade stainless steel according to process requirements. Blenders and similar equipment can be manufactured from stainless steel or carbon steel depending on the application.
