Whipping Agent Solution Station / Egg White Solution Preparation System & Tanks

Whipping agent solution stations manufactured by Ceytaş Metal Makina are designed for the preparation, resting, storage and controlled transfer of egg white, whipping agent and aerating additive solutions used in cake, biscuit, chocolate, marshmallow, soft candy, cream and similar food production processes.

The system combines preparation, resting and stock tank functions on a compact skid, providing a hygienic, controlled and efficient production solution. With stainless steel construction, hygienic piping, mixing tanks and process-specific valve and instrumentation groups, the system can be easily integrated into food production lines.

The whipping agent solution station is used to mix liquid or powder additives with water according to the product recipe, allow the solution to rest for the required period and transfer it to the next process equipment. The system can be designed as manual, semi-automatic or fully PLC-controlled according to customer requirements.
