Beater Preparation Tank / Whisking Pre-Preparation Tank

Beater preparation tanks manufactured by Ceytaş Metal Makina are designed for pre-mixing, whisking and homogenizing raw materials used in food, confectionery, chocolate, gummy, cream, sauce and similar production processes.

The system enables liquid, semi-fluid or additive-containing products to be prepared in a controlled way before being transferred to the process line. Depending on the recipe, water, sugar, glucose, gelatin, pectin, flavoring agents, colorants, dairy ingredients, fat-based mixtures or similar raw materials can be mixed and homogenized inside the tank.

With stainless steel construction, hygienic design, top-mounted beater system and process-specific valve and piping group, the tank can be easily integrated into food production lines. The system can be designed for manual, semi-automatic or fully PLC-controlled operation.
