Ribbon Mixer / Horizontal Powder Mixer

Ribbon type mixers have horizontal spiral blades. Concentric right-hand and left-hand helical blades create two opposite currents in the mixer, ensuring efficient mixing of materials.

• All of the mixer body material is made of AISI304 quality stainless steel.

• Body sheet material thickness is 4mm.

• Mixer cover sheets material thickness is 5mm. Covers are flange / bolt mounted.

• The mixer has a volume of 1.2m3. The optimum mixture capacity is 500kg.

• Mixer outlet diameter is Ø200mm. It will be controlled by a pneumatic actuated valve.

• The height of the lower outlet from the ground is 1300mm.

• There is an intervention platform and a chassis to place a mill in the center of the upper part of the mixer. It is manufactured in such a way that it can be printed on right and left covers.

• Mixer main shaft consists of Ø90mm.

• It operates with 15KW - 1500 d / d Three-phase electric motor and speed control device.

• It is mounted on a platform made of St37 quality carbon steel material.

• Mixer blades are made of 50x10mm flat ribbon model.

• It works with 2 spirally wound wings that provide a thrust movement in opposite directions. The coil winding diameter and winding direction will change according to the location of the outlet to be taken from the mixer body;

• If the outlet will be from the center of the mixer body, the diameter of the winding should be equal.

► Unlike the output in the inner winding,

► It must be towards the outlet direction in the outer coil.

► Positioning should be the mirror of the opposite group from the center.

Special designs can be made in capacities from 100kg to 5.000kg according to your process needs.
