Powder Fertilizer Mixer

• All mixer body material is made of AISI304L prime quality stainless steel.
• Body sheet material thickness is 4mm.
• Material thickness of mixer cover sheets is 5mm.
• The mixer has a volume of 2m3. The optimum mixing capacity is 1000kg.
• Mixer outlet diameter is Ø300mm. It will be controlled by a flap with a pneumatic actuator.
• The main shaft of the mixer is made of Ø90x6mm drawn pipe.
• It will work with 22KW – 1500 rpm three-phase electric motor and speed controller.
• Yilmaz brand KR673 body, power transmission will be provided by bevel gear reducer.
• It is assembled on a platform made of St37 quality carbon steel material.
• It is a ribbon model with agitator blades made of 50x8mm blades.
• It works with 2 spirally wound wings that provide pushing movement in opposite directions. The spiral winding diameter and winding direction will change according to the location of the outlet to be taken from the mixer body;
• It has an additional input for trace element/paint add-on.
• The cover part of the machine is designed in 3 parts independently from each other.
• There is a 3000 rpm hammer grinder in the orientation you request on the middle cover of the mixer.
• The filter sheet with grinding hole will be given as a spare. It will be an easily replaceable type.
• The product taken from the ribbon mixer will feed the Bunker of the filling machine.
