Pasteurization System / Tunnel and Flash Pasteurizer

Pasteurization systems manufactured by Ceytaş Metal Makina are designed for beverage, food and process industries to improve product safety, reduce microbial load and extend shelf life.

The pasteurization process is based on controlled heat treatment of the product at specific temperature and time values. According to process requirements, the system can be designed either as a tunnel pasteurizer for packaged products or as a flash pasteurizer for product treatment before filling.

Tunnel pasteurizers are used for bottles, cans or similar packaged products. The containers move through the tunnel on a conveyor and are heated by gradually increasing hot water showers, held at the target pasteurization temperature and then cooled down in a controlled manner.

Flash pasteurizers operate by heating the product for a short period before filling, holding it at the required pasteurization temperature and then cooling it before transfer to the filling line or pressurized storage tank.
