Marshmallow Production Line

The marshmallow production line is a fully automatic production system designed for continuous and high-capacity industrial-scale manufacturing of marshmallow products. The system features an integrated line structure covering all production stages from marshmallow dough preparation to shaping and cooling.

The production line consists of stages including raw material mixing, cooking, homogeneous mixing with gelatin, and foam formation using a turbo mixer. Then, the product is shaped by an extruder system and proceeds along a conveyor belt to complete the production process.

The system is designed for producing marshmallows in various shapes and colors and provides high efficiency in mass production food facilities. Its stainless steel body structure and hygienic design ensure safe use in compliance with food production standards.
