AMARA Dragee Cauldron is an industrial coating machine used in confectionery and chocolate coating processes. It is designed for coating products such as hazelnuts, almonds, roasted chickpeas, and similar items with sugar syrup or chocolate. It can also be used for polishing the surface of coated products.

The rotating cauldron structure ensures homogeneous coating of the products. During the coating process, the products continuously move, helping the sugar syrup or chocolate to distribute evenly. The stainless steel body provides hygienic and durable use in accordance with food production standards.
