1. Tank Material

∙ AISI 304L quality certified stainless steel material

High oxidation resistance up to 400C ° thanks to its low carbon level.

∙ EN2B surface quality, LaserFilm PVC coating

∙ Cold rolled, annealed, acid-cleaned cold rolled material



2. Material Thicknesses

∙ Inner wall body sheet material thickness 2mm

∙ Inner wall lower camber sheet material thickness 2mm

∙ Point Rollbond jacket sheet material thickness 1.5mm in the lower conical part

∙ Runner Rollbond jacket sheet material thickness in the lower conical part 1,2mm

∙ Motor connection plate material thickness at the top is 4mm

∙ Hinged cover sheet 1.5mm at the top (2mm can be made according to your preference.)

∙ Hot water boiler material thickness 2mm (design and placement will be determined.)

Insulation wall body and bottom conical sheet material thickness 1.5mm

4. Mixer Details

∙ 1,1KW / 1400d / d - three-phase electric motor - 14 rpm output worm gear reducer (Yılmaz brand)

∙ It is recommended to use with speed control device.

∙ Ø50 mixer shaft, Ø60mm full motor and bearing shaft, helical anchor type mixer

∙ Mixer group is mounted close enough to completely scrape the inner wall of the tank body.

∙ There is a teflon mixer shaft bearing in the lower dome center.

∙ There will be flange mounted reducer and motor group.



5. Insulation Details

∙ 60mm wire rock wool material will be used for thermal insulation.

∙ Insulation wall coating will be welded with 1.5mm 304 quality sheet, in the logic of tank assembly.

∙ Insulation will be applied throughout the body and bottom conical part of the tank.



6. Tank Accessories

∙ Mixer motor and reducer group, hot water circulation pump, AISI304 quality stainless steel control panel, 2 digital thermometers, PT100 thermocouples, resistances specially manufactured from AISI316 quality pipes and other fittings materials are included in our price.

∙ The properties of these materials and their placement on the tank will be determined together after your order confirmation.



7. Rollbond Details

∙ There is a rollbond that covers the body equipment and the lower conical part of the tank and is suitable for heating with hot water.

It is suitable to work with 8 bar hot water pressure. Test pressure is 10 bars.

∙ Point welded model will be used on the lower conical part and half pipe model will be used on the body part.
