The Chocolate Cooling Group is an industrial cooling system designed to work alongside chocolate coating machines and drop chocolate production lines to cool coated products or drop chocolates in a controlled manner.

Thanks to the cooling tunnel system, products are cooled in controlled temperature ranges while moving on a conveyor belt. This process ensures that the chocolate reaches the correct crystalline structure, helping the product surface to be shiny, smooth, and high quality.

The system is designed to operate compatibly with chocolate coating machines and drop chocolate machines. This ensures an uninterrupted and efficient production process on the production line.
