∙ AISI316L Prime quality stainless steel material
∙ Inner body/wall sheet material thickness 4mm

∙ It is a detachable model with bolt connection with upper camber 10mm flange + silicone gasket.
∙ Rock wool with 60mm rabitz wire will be used for insulation.

∙ 1KW – Three-phase electric motor / Yılmaz Brand NR Series will work with a high torque 150rpm output reducer.
∙ The mixer type will be the height-adjustable 3-blade model.
∙ The mixer speed will be available with the frequency control device over the control panel.
∙ The temperature readings taken with PT100 thermocouple probes will be visible/controllable via digital thermostats.

∙ Regarding accessories;
∙ There is a DN80 illuminated sight glass on the top of the tank.
∙ Analogue manometer and 0-13 bar adjustable safety valve and relief valve are available.
∙ Heating jacket inlet and outlet valves, product outlet valves in body and lower camber center,
∙ There is a sterilization steam inlet valve at the top.
∙ In the manual controlled option, simple commands such as heating wall inlet/outlet valves can be controlled automatically depending on the temperature.
∙ In the automatic PLC controlled option, all the desired operations can be performed fully automatically with the values ​​to be requested and with the sequence. Transactions made can be recorded automatically and can be reported within the desired date range. Reporting will be easily transferable via USB disk in excel format.
∙ In manual option; safety valve, relief and inlet/outlet valves are manually selected.
∙ In the automatic option, all these equipments are preferred electronically or pneumatically.
