The design system of the table, which is mounted in an inclined position, is based on the separation of ores from each other by means of water, utilizing their density differences.

The main supporting body is a steel construction made of U-profiles. Above it lies a second steel construction produced from box profiles. The separation surfaces of the tables are made of fiberglass.

These separation tables, originally designed by DEISTER, were manufactured from membrane material covered with rubber strips over a wooden construction. Over the past few years, all developed countries have been using fiberglass surfaces on steel construction instead of wood and membrane. The tables we produce also incorporate these exact features.

Fiberglass surfaces are highly resistant to abrasion and feature a flawless finish. This allows the material to slide smoothly across the surface, ensuring minimum loss during separation.

The system operates with a single gearbox that shakes 3 decks simultaneously. A 4 kW, 940 rpm motor is used on the gearbox. Thanks to this design, high efficiency in production and energy savings are achieved.

The distribution hopper of the tables has the capacity to feed 3 tables at the same time. There are steel discharge channels along the sides of the tables for waste materials and the recovered ore.
