Plastic Raw Material Dehumidifying Ovens

DİZAYN MAKİNA SANAYİ – PLASTIC RAW MATERIAL OVENS

Dizayn Makina Sanayi plastic raw material ovens are designed for drying and moisture removal of granules, raw materials, and various plastic materials used in plastic production under controlled temperature.

Moisture in plastic raw materials can cause surface defects, bubbles, color changes, and a decrease in product quality during production. Dizayn Makina Sanayi ovens help dry the raw material more evenly and efficiently by providing controlled temperature and homogeneous air circulation.

SIZE AND CAPACITY OPTIONS

Ovens can be produced in different sizes according to the production capacity of the facility and the amount of raw material to be used.

• 40 x 80 x 10 trays for small-scale productions
• 60 x 90 x 10 trays for medium capacity facilities
• 20 trays for higher raw material capacity
• 50 to 100 trays for high production capacity
• Cylinder type helical or conveyor belt system for industrial applications

Oven dimensions can be specially designed according to the type of raw material, daily production capacity, desired temperature, and the working area of the facility.

Dizayn Makina Sanayi plastic raw material ovens offer a reliable drying solution in the plastic sector with robust construction, controlled temperature, homogeneous air distribution, and custom production options tailored to the facility.
