Vertical type loading ramps are installed either embedded in a specially prepared pit within or on the concrete floor, or directly mounted on top of the concrete.

When loading/unloading with forklift, pallet truck, etc. from the concrete floor of warehouses/depots, a height difference (slope) occurs between the loading surface and the transport vehicle docked at the warehouse. The industrial loading system called "loading ramp," which includes hinged/telescopic ramps or vertical type ramps, is designed to ideally eliminate this slope. The suitable "Loading Ramp" model is recommended after mutual consultations considering factors such as the load tonnage to be carried on hinged ramps, the type of transport equipment, and the type of transport vehicle used.

When used together with bellows, hinged/telescopic or vertical type loading systems provide ideal measures to prevent heat loss and ensure hygiene during loading/unloading operations.

Vertical ramps consist of a main platform and lip sections as standard. The main platform and lip are manufactured from imported drip-edge sheet metal. The ramp includes a hydraulic pump, valves, and two pistons (one large and one small) that move the platform. The large piston moves the main platform, while the small piston moves the lip. Valves control the sequence of piston movements. Thanks to this simple but well-designed system, it is possible to control all ramp functions with a single button. The hydraulic unit is used entirely to change the ramp position and cannot be used to lift loads beyond its own weight. There is a safety valve that prevents oil flow to avoid uncontrolled ramp movement and accidents in case of a power outage.

The hinged ramp can operate within a ±30 cm range and can be produced in different sizes. The ramp is placed in a pit prepared during or after construction. When not in use, it normally remains level with the floor. Technical information and support regarding pit preparation are provided during ordering.

Vertical ramps are manufactured as standard with dimensions of 2m x 0.5m and a capacity of 6 tons, but can be produced to suit any load capacity according to demand and need.
