 Loading Capacity; produced in 8,000 kg / 10,000 kg / 12-15-20 and higher carrying capacities.

Operating Level: Our standard system works between 900 and 1600 mm. It is manually raised and lowered with a pump on hydraulic legs between 900 mm and 1600 mm. The system working at different dimensions can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
 The mobile ramp has side barriers that increase safety.
 There is a 40 cm long tongue fixed to the eye on the front side of the ramp for safe loading.
 There are 2 wheels that enable effective transportation of the ramp.
 Lifting/lowering operations: the ramp is lifted by 2 hydraulic pistons; when sufficient height is reached, the motorized reducer trailer jack lifting system extends the legs downward. These legs allow height adjustment and act as safety legs to prevent the ramp from being left unsupported in case of vehicle slippage or forward movement. During loading, these legs will be kept 10-15 cm above the ground to allow the ramp to flex together with the vehicle.

 The main body of the mobile ramp has reinforced galvanized grating. (This structure prevents damage from forklift wheels and provides a suitable surface for loading).
 The mobile ramp has tails connected to the main body with hinges and reinforced with NPU steel.
 The foldable rear tails of the mobile ramp are reinforced with NPU and galvanized grating.
 The mobile ramp has 2 heavy-duty wheels sized 300x70 with a carrying capacity of 3000 kg. When the ramp load is on the wheels, the ramp is transported by these wheels.
 Our mobile ramps are approved by TPI Patent ID: TR 2006 07571 Y and comply with EU Directives 93/68/EEC and 2006/42/EC.

Total length 12 m. Total width side by side 2.4 m, internal width 2.1 m.

SLOPE: 17%-11 degrees. It has less slope compared to jacked ramps. Hydraulic ramps have less slope. This provides an advantage for hydraulic ramps in cases where slope is important during loading and unloading.
