The marble scale platform is made entirely of steel material. It has a successful design in terms of resistance to impacts and heavy loads. Maximum strength and long-lasting durability are the main reasons for preference. Standard production dimensions are designed as 2×3 m but can be manufactured in special sizes according to user requests.

As electronic components, load cells are used, specifically compression type load cells used in truck and lorry scales. The marble scales we produce are reinforced with a load cell system with a minimum capacity of 120 tons. The platform beams consist of 240 mm IPE steel and the top sheet. The under-sheet cross beams increase durability and the load cells apply pressure from corner points to ensure precise measurement. All cables are passed through spiral tubes to protect against possible external factors. Data transmitted to the indicator via data cable allows multi-weighing tracking through computer software when desired.

All elements valid for truck and lorry scales are also valid in these scale models. Using a single weighing scale program, customer data can be recorded in the program or with receipt printouts. External indicator support allows viewing from the desired location. Being portable, they can be moved to any desired area and used confidently provided there is a flat surface. The scale graduation interval can be reduced to 1 kilogram. Standard weighing capacities are 40 tons and can be increased upon request.
