The blacksmith scale can be produced in special dimensions according to the area of use, product, and other conditions. Completely made of steel construction, blacksmith scales have a very durable structure. Thanks to the upper and lower sheet traverses, they provide four times the maximum capacity durability. This strength indicates that the scale's lifespan is four times longer, similar to truck and lorry scales, rather than the scale weighing four times more. At the same time, the upper traverses assist in forklift and rope loadings.

The loadcell system used in the electronic components is fixed to the platform with steel bolts. This immobile and stable condition provides maximum resistance to shocks, unlike vehicle scales. The loadcell system does not require any maintenance. The periodic maintenance, which is mandatory every two years by the Ministry of Science, Industry, and Technology, is sufficient. Since the loadcell cables are covered with spiral tubes, corrosion is not observed in galvanizing plants.

Output can be taken from the indicator system in the form of a cash register receipt if desired. The printed receipt can be duplicated up to 3 copies. The scale's indicator components can optionally be extended up to 100 meters. When desired, computer connection can be established to control all weighings. This allows you to monitor your stocks, track your sales, and have your customer list at hand. External indicator support helps to monitor weighing from the desired location.

After the calibration process performed post-installation, the calibration documents we provide are TÜRK-AK and European approved, possessing all necessary equipment and documentation for your international exports.
