Electric Stone-Based Oven

Temperature (lower and upper floor temperature) and steam time can be adjusted differently on each floor. Thus, different products can be cooked on each floor. For fermentation before baking, there is a fermentation cabinet under the oven, whose temperature and humidity can be adjusted. It can be used as a single storey and is modular, and a layer, hood and fermentation cabinet can be added as needed. It provides low energy consumption.
