The most important feature of the tubular deck oven is the heating system. The temperature is spread between the floors by circulating the heated liquid through the pipes. This allows equal heating of each point of the cooking surface. There are very strong steam generating generators for each floor. The control panel can be of the type with touch and / or manual dial, depending on your preference. The combustion chamber and gas ducts are manufactured from fire resistant bricks. Thanks to the fiber rock wool heat insulation system, the heat is kept for a long time.
