Gap-SS 025 Water-Cooled Chiller
General Features of Water-Cooled Chillers;
It features a combined operation of 1 to 4 compressors in a single system with a capacity range of 56 kW (48,160kcal/h) – 492 kW (423,120kcal/h). Our units use scroll-type or semi-hermetic refrigeration compressors, depending on their capacity.
Evaporator
This is a shell-and-tube heat exchanger made of U-bent tubes and hot-dip galvanized casings, machine-attached to the condenser. It is our own production.
Condenser
The shell-and-tube condenser has highly efficient copper tubes with grooves.
Power and Control System
Power and Control is equipped with control and protective devices and an electric power supply. The microprocessor display facilitates user use by displaying pressure, temperature, and status information to the user.
Microprocessor Control Model
The control of tools and standard devices is handled by the microprocessor control module. Microprocessor controls allow system malfunctions to be easily detected. Main functions of the microprocessor control module:
- Water temperature regulation (Pi control)
- Compressor protection.
- Compressors (Balanced and sequential operation)
- Recording the operating hours of each compressor.
- Stopwatch setting.
- Recording the failure hours and causes.
Cooling Circuit Components
Unit components: condenser, shut-off valve, service valves, cartridge filter, solenoid valve, thermostatic expansion valve, compressors, as well as mounted suction and discharge valve and evaporator control devices.
Tests
Each unit is carefully tested. are subjected to and all installations are checked. High-pressure resistance test, external system conditions, and fault conditions are checked.
