Working Principle of Mineral Waste Oil Recycling Plant

The first distillation is carried out in order to purify the polluting dust sludge metal particles contained in the Waste Mineral Oils from water. There are various designs and techniques used in the distillation process.

Distillation Techniques;

• Fraction column
• Vertical mixer reactor
• Horizontal reactors
• Thin film evaporator

Waste oil distillation is carried out with the preferred distillation system.

Distillation is evaporated by heating the oil under vacuum. The evaporated products are separated into their fractions according to their boiling points. At the end of the process, the bottom products remaining in the waste oil, mud metal pieces remain in the bottom product. Valuable liquids are evaporated and taken into fractionation containers. with this process, the base oil in the waste oil is removed.

Products obtained as a result of distillation;

• Waste water
• Diesel
• Thin base oil
• Yhick base oil
• Fuel oil ( oil sludge)

SOLVENT EXTRACTION 

It is the process of reaching the saturation level of the oil so that the oils obtained from the distillation process can be included in the I Group base oil category, cleaning the polluting barbons remaining in the oil and preventing the oil from undergoing oxidation. After the solvent mixture, the oil becomes bleached and brightened. After the solvent is used, it is distilled under a light vacuum and used again in the process.

At the end of this process, I GROUP Base Oil passes through the filtering process and becomes ready for use in clear yellow color.
