Ts5 Carcassa Truck Scale

TS5 Carcassa series truck scale is a high-strength weighing platform reinforced with C50 quality concrete by making pre-stressed steel reinforcement into steel chassis.
It is the style of the system in bridges and viaducts that has been converted into a weighbridge. There is minimal infrastructure requirement as the scale comes with ramps. It is mounted on the floor, the mechanical installation is completed within 1 hour. It can be easily moved to another area at any time
LOAD CELLS
The load cells used in the Ts5 model are OIML R60 C4 certified with a 30-ton capacity. With its stainless steel body and IP68 protection, it is extremely resistant to adverse environmental conditions and corrosion. It prevents false weighing by providing protection from lateral loads with standard mounting kits.
Optionally, KOBASTAR TSD model OIML R60 C5 certified digital load cells are also used.
WEIGHING TERMINAL
The weighing terminal we use in TS5 Scales has OIML R76 and 2014/31/EU (NAWI) certificates. With its two-stage weighing feature, it allows legally more precise weighing. The 26mm high LCD screen is easily readable with backlight.
It has 1/30000 cycle accuracy with 24-bit sigma delta ADC. It is a robust and reliable weighing terminal that makes stable weighing with its antivibration filtering software.
