According to the type of material to be filled, it is produced as free fall, screw type or belt conveyor.
Our ergonomically designed big bag filling systems perform weighing with 4 OIML R60 certified load cells on a 4-leg platform, easy-to-use digital weighing indicator relay outputs, digital outputs such as RS485, RS232, ethernet, 0-10V, It has analog outputs such as 4-20mA, it can be set at the desired weight, it can easily communicate with PLC systems.
It can also be produced with vibration to compress thin materials into bags.
The filling starts by attaching the big bags to be filled to the pneumatic hooks. The filled bags are taken from under the scale with the help of forklift or roller conveyor.
