How to Use the Filter Press Machine?

Firstly, filtering cloths are mounted on the filter press plates. After the filtering cloths are attached, the plates are compressed with the help of a piston. Your product should be pumped to the filter machine at an average of 6 bar with the help of a pump. Your product passes through the filter cloths and removes the solid particles. It is cleaned and flows from the taps and exits the filter. When the pressure gauge at the product inlet reaches 7 bar, it means that the filter is filled with mud or dirt. To clean the dirt inside the filter press, the piston is pulled back, the filter plates are opened, and the dirt inside is cleaned with the help of a spatula. After the cleaning process is finished, the plates are compressed again with the help of the piston and made ready for use again.
