Side Tipper Technical Specifications

Superstructure

• Length between 9,000 mm and 13,600 mm, straight front edge, 2,440 mm internal and 2,550 mm external width.
• Platform has 4 or 5 side panels and is mounted on the chassis.
• Side panel height: 800–900 mm.
• The platform can tip to one side or both sides.
• Covered with 4–5 mm ST 52 Ereğli-grade flat steel sheets.
• When the platform is stationary, the pneumatic locking system is engaged and deactivated before tipping.

Hydraulic System

• Operates with 7-stage heavy-duty 3–4 telescopic cylinders (LIFT cold-drawn seamless tubes).
• Hydraulic oil tank with suction filter, pneumatic control dump system, dual-speed lowering valve, and safety limit control.
• The oil tank is mounted on the trailer; hydraulic connection between tractor and trailer is provided via two quick couplings.

Chassis

• Reinforced “I”-section main chassis made from 120/12 mm top and bottom flanges and 5 mm web plates, welded with a submerged arc welding machine.
• Crossbeams connect and reinforce the chassis to prevent torsion.

Axles

• Equipped with 3 axles, each with a 12-ton capacity.
• Brake linings and heavy-duty brake levers conform to TSE standards.

Suspension

• Parabolic double-leaf Z springs and shock absorbers.

Front Axle Lift

• Cabin-controlled front axle lifting system.

Tires and Rims

• 385/65 R22.5 tires – 6 + 1.
• 11.75 x 22.5 rims – 6 + 1.

Electrical System

• Complies with SAE standards and TÜV general regulations.
• Power supply via 7-pin socket from the towing vehicle.
• Equipped with all required traffic warning lights on both sides.
• Rear includes park, stop, signal, and license plate lights, trailer reflectors, and amber side indicators.

Brake System

• EC-standard 71/320/EWG FF braking system.
• Automatic brake adjusters, 4 emergency and 2 service brake chambers.
• 2S/2M EBS system with RSS (Roll Stability Support) for anti-rollover safety.
• Swedish-patented Ruffels connector system prevents potential air leaks in the trailer.

King Pin

• 2" (DIN 74080) or 3½" (DIN 74083) king pin made of 42 CRMO4 steel.

Support Legs

• Double-speed telescopic mechanical landing legs with 24-ton load capacity.

Paint

• Chassis and superstructure are washed, sandblasted, and painted in a booth with a 2+1 coat acrylic system.

Color

• Determined according to customer preference.
