SCX Load Cell

SCX Load Cell is produced using High quality Stainless Steel or Special alloy steels, it is different from compression type load cells with its S type structure.

Alloyed steel models are hardened by heat treatment and cleaned by sandblasting, and all surfaces are coated with Nickel homogeneously and become more resistant to corrosion.

SCX Load cells are especially designed for use in truck scales, Wagon scales, Tank and Silo weighing, they are usually produced in 20 tons capacity.

SCX Load Cell 20 tons is tested in accordance with the test procedures specified in the OIML R60 recommendations.

SCX Load Cell Measuring area is covered with stainless steel pipes and caps in order not to be damaged by environmental factors, it is protected by laser welding and it is made dust and waterproof (IP68).

Cable;

Standard 4x050mm2 PVC flame retardant outer sheath, Aluminum and tinned copper braided shielded cables are used in SCX Load Cells to protect against external noises and signals.

Optionally, armored or ex-proof silicone cables can be preferred.

Armored cables are more resistant to external factors and provide protection from rodents such as mice.

Silicone cables, on the other hand, create an excellent heat shield in high-temperature working environments, can be used at a continuous temperature of 180°C and for a short time up to 220°C. Silicone cables are used in both high and low temperatures down to -60°C, thanks to their excellent climate resistance.

Rubberized mounting kits specially produced for SCX Load Cell provide stable weighing in vibrating environments. It is not affected by expansions caused by temperature changes.
