N59 Bucket Scale

Bucket Scale (Wheel Loader Scale) is a dynamic weighing and automatic picking equipment mounted on a wheel loader.
When the lift arm of the wheel loader is lifted to a certain height, the position sensor triggers the weighing operation, and the scale indicator collects the oil pressure signal from the lower and upper oil chambers of the arm lift oil cylinder.
After signal processing and compensation, Single bucket loading weight will be automatically taken and summed as Total Loading Weight.
The operator evaluates whether the current Single bucket loading weight is valid based on the alarm messages and can verify the final bucket loading weight against the negative bias value.
