Rock-Type Tipper Technical Specifications

Body

• Length between 7,500 mm and 9,500 mm, front section designed with a sloped (space-type) profile. Internal external width: 2,550 mm.
• Side wall sheets are reinforced with “U” profiles. The main tipper chassis is formed by welding two 200 NPU profiles face-to-face.
• Rear door is top-hinged with adjustable locking pins and opens/closes from the bottom.

Hydraulics

• Tipping motion is performed by a 5-stage heavy-duty telescopic cylinder providing a 45° tipping angle (Lift seamless cold-drawn pipe).
• Hydraulic oil tank with suction filter, pneumatically controlled tipping valve, dual-speed lowering valve, and safety limit control.
• The oil tank is mounted on the trailer, with hydraulic connection to the tractor via two quick couplings.

Chassis

• Reinforced “I”-section main beams, welded with 120/12 mm top and bottom flanges and 5 mm web plate using an automatic submerged arc welding machine.
• These beams are cross-braced with traverses to prevent torsion.

Axles

• Equipped with 3 axles, each with a 12-ton capacity.
• Brake linings and heavy-duty brake levers conform to TSE standards.

Suspension

• Automatic air suspension dump system (Unloading Level).
• Parabolic double-leaf Z springs and shock absorbers.

Front Axle Lift

• Cabin-controlled front axle lifting system.

Tires and Rims

• 385/65 R22.5 tires (6 + 1 units).
• 11.75 x 22.5 rims (6 + 1 units).

Electrical System

• Complies with SAE standards and TÜV general regulations.
• Electrical connection via 7-pin socket from the towing vehicle.
• Both sides are equipped with required traffic signal and lighting systems.

Paint

• Chassis and superstructure are washed, sandblasted, and painted in an oven using a 2+1 coat acrylic paint system.
