Pneumatic Planting Machine

The pneumatic planting machine is designed to precisely plant all types of seeds (beet, corn, sunflower, cotton, onion, melon, watermelon, peanut, etc.) in rows and at desired inter-row distances. Thanks to the disc type seeding units, it enables easy planting in stubble fields. By attaching shredders to the front of the disc pneumatic seeders, it can also operate in processed or semi-processed fields.

The pneumatic planting machine is manufactured in 4, 5, 6, and 8 unit versions. An optional fertilizer system can be attached to the machine in two types: sheet metal and plastic. Fertilizer boxes are V-shaped and sieved, with fertilizer discharge levers for easy cleaning after planting. The machine transmits movement from the drive wheels to the seeding units via a gearbox that allows easy adjustment of the inter-row distance, ensuring precise planting. These features allow planting under all soil conditions and enable uniform seed and fertilizer placement at consistent depths.

The materials used in the pneumatic planting machine undergo all necessary inspections and tests before manufacturing, ensuring high quality. Its design allows simple adjustments and very easy operation. The singulation adjustment (selector) in the seeding unit allows seed-specific calibration, preventing overseeding and reducing seed waste. The seed blade is designed for easy assembly and disassembly with the blade sheet. Each seed type has different seeding discs made of chrome-nickel (stainless steel). The gearbox and shift lever enable easy adjustment of the inter-row distance for precise planting. The scale ruler on the chassis and clamps connecting the unit and chassis facilitate the creation of the desired spacing. The shaft system transmitting movement to the seeding units includes a pin socket that allows easy disengagement of the seeding unit. Pressure springs on the units ensure working depth adapts to all soil types. Each fertilizer box has a graduated system to control the amount of fertilizer applied. Optional tires of size 5.00 x 15, 6.5 / 80 - 15 can be fitted to the pneumatic seeders.
