Silage Machine

The machine can harvest without row guidance thanks to the 1.25-meter wide cutting and feeding drum. One of the most important features of the machine is its foldable chassis design, which allows it to be turned behind the tractor for reverse harvesting. This feature enables opening a path in the middle of the field, reducing the number of turns and decreasing fuel consumption. The cutting and feeding drum cuts the corn and transfers it to the feeding unit. The feeding unit feeds the fan, which has shredding blades, at the correct angle to ensure the best quality shredding. The fan, equipped with 12 specially hardened blades, rotates at approximately 1400 rpm. There are two feeding drums and two pressure drums that direct the corn to the shredding fan.

The materials used in our fertilizer machines are inspected and tested before production and are made from high-quality materials. Thanks to its design, the machine is easy to adjust and very simple to use. Optionally, flywheels with diameters of 390 mm and 340 mm can be installed.
