TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

BODY TYPE: Monoblock Cast Body

APPLICATION AREAS: Used for micronizing and granulating minerals and chemical substances.

Effective grinding is provided for minerals such as calcite, gypsum, lime, chalk dolomite, borax, etc.
Chemicals, salt, spices, feed industry, and similar food materials can be specially produced in compliance with food standards.

PRODUCTION
Pin Mills have monoblock cast body and rotor parts. All parts of the machine are processed on CNC machines. Wear parts are constantly kept in stock.
Grinding pins are made of alloy steel casting and are heat-treated after processing to become wear-resistant.

Screens, stainless perforated sheet metal screens (imported) are used. Thanks to the interchangeable screens inside the mill, final products with different particle sizes can be obtained.

Storage and Transfer of Ground Product
• The entire final product can be connected directly to a large silo for storage.

• A blower can be used to transfer the final product to a location away from the machine.

• If the final product is to be classified, it is separated into different particle sizes by a screen such as Algaier or a separator, and the remaining product is sent back to the mill for further grinding.
