Ball Mill
year
Ball mills are mills whose grinding material is balls used in fine grinding circuits. It can be operated wet and dry. The grain size of the fed product can be between 9 mm and 1 mm. A final product between 600 and 3 microns can be obtained in proportion to the mill and ball dimensions.
In the mill, the grinding balls are made of spherical, cylindrical or conical shaped steel casting or other wear-resistant material.
Steel, rubber and ceramic plates are used in the inner lining of ball mills. Of these plates, rubber plates are used only in mills working with wet grinding system. Ceramic plates are suitable for use in dry systems and where there is no iron or iron component in the ground material. Steel plates can be used in both dry and wet systems.
Kendor Ball Mills are specially designed and manufactured to obtain the desired grain size and capacity at the end of grinding with the highest efficiency.
