Bigbag Filling Machine

BIG-BAG FILLING MACHINES are machines that fill dehumidified final products from micronized powder to granule sizes into sacks called BIG-BAG, Q-BAG or JUMBO BAG in the industry.

Depending on the type of product to be filled, the feeding type can be with screw (screw), belt or star feeder.

In order to fill, the carrying rings of the bag are attached to the machine hangers by hand. The desired filling value is selected from the control panel and the filling is started. When the load sensors transmit the signal that the determined value is reached, the filling stops automatically and the hydraulic elevator leaves the bag on the roller conveyor. The transport rings are manually removed from the hangers and the conveyor moves the bag forward for easy handling and the machine is ready for the next filling.

With the KENDOR BIG-BAG FILLING MACHINE, cement, construction chemicals, calcite, dry legumes, flour, salt, sugar, plastic granules, coal dust, pellets, pesticides and many similar food, mineral and chemical products can be easily filled. Although the filling capacity differs according to the material properties, it is approximately 10-12 tons/hour.
