End-of-life tire recycling is the process of separating end-of-life vehicle tires into components and turning them into reusable raw materials.
When vehicle tires are thrown into the nature after their life is over, they become a huge threat to the environment. Burning these tires causes the release of extremely harmful gases.
Therefore, recycling of end-of-life tires (ÖTL) is of great importance in terms of both environmental protection and recycling of valuable raw materials.
MY-HAKMAKİNA establishes complete turnkey recycling facilities for the recycling of end-of-life vehicle tires. With the tire recycling line we developed with the support of TUBITAK, end-of-life tires are no longer a major threat to nature and the environment, and turn into valuable raw materials.
All of the rubber, steel and cord fabric in vehicle tires are recycled 100 percent by passing through the shredding and separating stages in the lines we produce. The rubber raw material, which is obtained in the highest amount from end-of-life tire recycling, comes out of our line in the form of granules of the desired grain size. This rubber raw material is used intensively in areas such as sports fields such as tartan tracks, soft floors of walking areas, covering the floors of children's playgrounds.

MY-HAKMAKINA TIRE RECYCLING LINE FEATURES: We produce in capacities between 1000kg/hr - 3000 kg/hr. In the MY-HAKMAKİNA tire recycling line, you can directly feed the car tires to the tire recycling line. No wire drawing or cutting is required. In tires larger than car tires, wire drawing, chopping and cutting should be done because the wire content in large tires is significantly high and it is important to take the wire from the inside of the tire. Tires placed on the loading conveyor pass through shredders, metal separators, crushing machines, cord fabric receiving unit, vibrating screen, respectively, and rubber granules reaching the desired grain size reach the silos.

In the tire recycling plant, there is no need for staff other than the loading and general control staff. The sizes of the granules coming out of the tire recycling line are adjusted on the sieve of the crushing machine and only the granules that reach the desired grain size can reach the silos. Thanks to wire drawing and metal separating magnets, you can separate all the wire inside the tire. Shredder blades and crusher blades are made of special steel. Areas where rubber granule is used: It is used in places such as carpet pitches, tartan tracks, flooring, rubber industry, rubber tiles, children's playgrounds.
