GROMEL (DRYING) MACHINE

Agromels are used to dry the plastics washed in washing lines after dewatering in suitable machines and to prepare them for extrusion. In dry materials, it can be used in crushing and size reduction processes before extrusion.

Agromel machines dry moist materials with the help of the friction created by the rotating blades on the rotor and the fixed blades on the boiler body.

The type or condition of the plastic is not very important for the agromel machine. As long as it is used by an experienced operator, it can easily handle all kinds of rope, net, film, hard plastics.

Technicial Specifications

Boiler size options are available between Ø70-Ø130 cm. Body sheet thickness is approximately 12mm.
Production is made from heavy duty steel and sheets, completely gas metal welded.
In-body pallet charging area can be made as a stainless plug-in sleeve.
Agromel Machine has a pneumatic opening cover.
There are 1 rotating pallet and pallet blades rotating on the pallet in the boiler, and fixed blades around the boiler.
The knives are manufactured from DIN 1.2379 quality material, precision ground and hardened by heat treatment.
Power transmission to the rotor is carried out with B type V-belts inside the safety visor.
The system has been designed in such a way that it can be easily changed in order to prevent the loss of time that may arise during the replacement process as a result of the breakage of the V-belts for various reasons.
