Mineral Oil Production facilities and system working principles;

Base oil should be selected according to the specified mineral oil number. The desired mineral oil is obtained by thickening it with the necessary chemical substances so that the selected base oil can have an appropriate level of lubrication.

Mineral oil is mixed in the production mixer for 4 hours on average by making a chemical mixture according to the targeted product in the range of 70 to 80 degrees. At the end of the process, product tests are carried out to reach the targeted product.
