FC model slitting machines cut single-ply jumbo paper rolls into single, double, or triple layers in desired sizes. The slit paper can be used in napkin, box tissue, or pocket tissue production lines. In addition, FC model machines are also capable of slitting non-woven materials. The machine uses a pneumatic belt system to transfer the mounted rolls to the slitting unit. It can slit rolls up to 1100 mm in diameter as standard. However, depending on customer demand, it is also possible to manufacture machines with a slitting capacity of up to 1500 mm or even 2000 mm in diameter. Thanks to its PLC and edge control technology, the machine delivers slitting with the desired quality.
