Fully automatic machine for the production of bicarbonate cartridges [BAG CARTRIDGE] for dialysis.

1 - Polypropylene plastic foil is cut to the desired dimensions using a CNC ROUTER (e.g., 100 mm * 700 mm dimensions).

2 - The cartridge's connecting cap is welded using ultrasonics.

3 - The polypropylene foil, which measures 100 mm * 700 mm, is folded in half and, after heating the two side edges with resistance, is welded, resulting in dimensions of 10 mm * 350 mm.

4 - The bag-shaped product, which is closed on three sides, is filled with calcium bicarbonate, of course, with extreme precision, using automatic digital scales.

5 - Finally, the mouth of the product is sealed with ultrasonics, and the product is ready for sale.
