NEW SIEVING TECHNOLOGY

Conventional sieving technology is based on the vibration/wave motion of sieves responsible for sieving. It determines the yield of sieving and the separation of large-sized materials. In addition to the traditional method, the TURBO SIEVE Ultrasonic Assisted Sieving Technology equally transfers micron-range oscillatory motion to the sieve surface and reduces friction between the mesh and bulk material. Depending on the particle structure, this reduction can lead to a significant increase in volume. Due to the cleaning effect of the oscillatory motion on the sieve, sieve dullness and clogging also decrease. The TURBO SIEVE can be applied to both wet and dry sieving applications. The screen mesh can be mounted and compressed by the user to the screen frame (with an internal screen resonator). Each vibration or wobble screening machine can be retrofitted. It encourages the destruction of agglomerates, leading to higher yield and reduction in the large particle fraction.
