Immersion Type Surface Treatment and Washing Line

This system is a multi-bath immersion type surface treatment line designed for surface cleaning, rinsing, and drying of metal parts. The line operates with a top-mounted crane system, ensuring safe and controlled transport throughout the process.

The system includes 6 washing/rinsing tanks, 2 transport baskets, 1 drying oven, and a crane system with a 1-ton lifting capacity. The tanks are positioned sequentially to suit different chemical and rinsing processes.

Each tank measures 1 meter in depth, 1 meter in height, and 3 meters in length. The inner surfaces of the chemical washing tanks are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the rinsing tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This construction provides high corrosion resistance and a long service life.

Thanks to the top-mounted crane system, the baskets are transported ergonomically, quickly, and safely between processes. The drying oven completes the process by ensuring that no moisture remains on the surface of the parts after washing and rinsing.
